1. Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Return Conditions (Important)
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached and the packaging must be intact.
- It must be free from perfume, sweat, makeup stains, or pet hair. (As these are Pilates/Fitness products, this hygiene requirement is essential.)
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at teamakguner@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once your request is approved, you may send the product to the address provided.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by Arden Concept.
- Customer-initiated returns (size issues, change of mind, etc.): If the product is not defective, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, subject to approval.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased from the Sale category are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.
