• It must be free from perfume, sweat, makeup stains, or pet hair.

4. Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are covered by Arden Concept.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, subject to approval.
