• Original tags must be attached and the packaging must be intact.
• It must be free from perfume, sweat, makeup stains, or pet hair.

• Once approved, you may return the item to the address provided.

4. Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are covered by Arden Concept.
• Customer-initiated returns (size issues, change of mind, etc.): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, subject to approval.
