At Arden Concept, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, our return process is outlined below:
1. Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your product.
2. Return Conditions (Important)
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached and the packaging must be undamaged.
- It must be free from perfume, sweat, makeup stains, or pet hair. (This hygiene rule is critical as these are Pilates/Fitness products.)
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at teamakguner@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once approved, you can send the product back to the address provided.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Products: If the product is faulty or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by Arden Concept.
- Customer-Initiated Returns (size issues, change of mind, etc.): If the product is not defective, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method (to your card or account), subject to approval.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased from the Sale category are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
